Multiple Calendars
Gauge life is monitored in ‘days of service’ and for frequently calibrated items it may be important whether production is operating on a 5 day week or 7 day week basis, and also take account of shut downs.
This information is set-up in a 'calendar'.
Each different working pattern can be defined as a different ‘calendar’. Each work area can then be assigned a particular calendar so that next calibration dates are calculated appropriately.
